Battery percentage not updating in real time on my iPhone 16e

when my battery is draining, it doesnt show but when i turn it off and back on it updates and freezes again, when i had it on 83 it stayed there but when i turned it off, i was originally 79 but it still showed 83??? it at 79 now, but i guarantee it at 76 and it show 79, iphone 16e activities🫩🫩
