shortcut reading file after writing to it shows old result

Shortcut link: https://www.icloud.com/shortcuts/a835c0b105ee4a0f97e9e2226d1682bb

device: iPhone 15 Pro

ios version: 18.4.1

This shortcut generates a new random number, saves it by overwriting a file named Test.txt, and immediately opens the file afterward. However, execute it several times sometimes it shows the old result.

and I have tried wait few seconds and only the file, this still happened.

Is there any way to prevent caching and ensure that the newest result is displayed every time?

  1. without deleting the old file.
  2. Avoid creating different file names, or it will generate endless files.
  3. I have tried move file to another folder , but moving and replacing an existing file does not seem to be working currently

Thanks everyone for your help!
