I bought a barley new used iphone 11. It was a used and unlocked one. I have had this phone for 2 years at most! It worked great for the most part but as of october 2025 it started flickering and bugging a little bit everyday. looking for new phones that would last longer and work great so I dont have to do this process at least for another few years.

It all depends on how well cared for the phone was before you got it. Keep in mind that iPhone 11 was released by Apple in 2019, 6 years ago. There's no telling what your phone has been subjected to in all that time. And if it has the original battery, it likely needed to be replaced some time ago. To check - Settings > Battery > Battery Health - if it is near, at or below 80%, the usefull life of the battery has been used and the phone needs a new battery.
sure I just signed my iphone 11 over to my mum, it's ok for her usage, and it support the various required apps people have to use to communicate with the local government here and the public transport.
