No Greek language on iMac and Siri

Why is there not a Greek language option.

A country visited by millions.

Can Apple rectify this please?

In System Settings > General > Language & Reason, you can add Greek as one of your Preferred Languages, and set your region to Greece.

Greek is not in the list in System Settings > Apple Intelligence & Siri > Language. I don't believe that it is available for Siri yet, although it is supported for several other macOS features. The obvious explanation would appear to be that adding natural language support for new features takes time, so the lists of currently supported languages are shorter for them than for features that have been around a while.

Yes, I understand that. macOS has support for Greek for some things – but not for others, like Siri. See both the menus in System Settings and the "macOS Tahoe - Feature Availability" link which I posted. (It has a breakdown as to which features support which language.)

and also every text from other languages not have greeks.

Siri does not support "every text from other languages." It does support a lot of languages – but the list I see in System Settings > General > Language & Reason is a lot longer, and contains many more languages which are not as widely used in First World countries.

example from Hindi to greek translate, I can't...

If you can't, you can't. Presumably Apple is working to add support for more languages to Siri – if you want them to make Greek a priority, you might let them know.

I can't say whether that will actually get you Greek support, or when it will happen, but it can't hurt to ask nicely.
