I have just moved from a M1 Mac Mini (running Tahoe) to a M4 (24GB/512G SSD). What I have found though is that Game Mode does not appear to be working on the M4 at all.
Has anyone else seen this? I am at a loss as to why shifting from the M1 to the M4 should change things.

Nothing. Apple has the assumption that the game app won’t consume cmd-escape. Civ VI does sadly (I think) - no way to stop that - have been through the game options.
On the M1 Mac Mini you would see the Game Mode icon pop up. Doesn’t happen on the M4.
I have. The UX of Game Mode is really poor. The lack of configurability adds to that. It is really hit and miss.
