I assume you have not jailbroken your phone. If that is not the case, the apps on your phone must be signed by Apple and cannot be installed otherwise. You would not have Malware or a Virus installed because there is no access to the file system.
It may be best to describe what problems you are experiencing and possibly provide a screenshot to help visualize what you are seeing, as long as it does not contain personal information.
There are no known viruses for a non-Jailbroken iPhone. So if your iPhone hasn't been jailbroken, you don't have something you can't get.
