I did trade in but I couldn’t get my refund

I made a trade-in at the Apple Store on September 29 and inserted my card into the machine. I was told that I would receive my refund within 5 business days. However, it has been 11 business days, and I still haven’t received my refund. I also haven’t received any email so far.
