ditto same thing is happening with me. i have now had 4 conversations with apple support, and they keep asking me to wait for one day. they keep raising complaints with bluedart from their end and if any apple support/apple corp employee is reading this, please for the love of god enter a delivery partnership with someone better. delhivery for example.
as for the cancellation, they are open to me cancelling the product, but are pleading that i don't given the product is nearby (an iphone). however, they are not outright rejecting my wish to cancel the order. tomorrow will be the third day of this nonsense. the biggest issue which i feel is lost is that bluedart does not give any time of day, so that means we are constrained to our homes and our schedule is shot to sh*t for the that entire day.
given your text, i'm guessing english is not your first language and that is okay. to apple's credit their support (the people talking to me over the phone) have been very respectful and kind, if you have not faced the same experience then this is a huuuuuuuuge issue; it tends to classism and dare i say, latent casteism that exists sadly in modern india. apple should - when it was still run by steve jobs - take this note very seriously as most of us are long term apple users due to their incredible customer support.
on the note of the other comment, that this thread is user to user only. i'm mainly posting this to let you know you are not alone, and i know all of this may be driving you crazy, or may have driven you crazy (i would love to know what happened finally with your situation)
