iPhone showing I Left Conversation Consecutive Times

I added the photo to show that I still have access to respond to the group.

1) I created the group of 5 iPhone users and 1 Google Pixel user.

2) I am running an iPhone 17 Pro with 26.0.1 iOS update.

3) I am not leaving the conversation this many times, nor am I being pushed out of my own group.

4) This group was created on my iPhone 14 Pro with same iOS update.

5) I text this group daily with photos.

Why is this happening? Is this a bug issue? Please provide details on what can be done to fix this.
