apple devices does not see my music library windows 11

I recently update o iOS26 and it fubarred my phone so badly that I had to restore it to unbrick it. Afterward, I resynced most of my music library/playlists until it through some error about songs not being on my PC. I pressed the OK button and it deleted all the mp3s it had previously added and now will not let my resync. It does not recognize that there is anything--it's just empty. I have uninstalled and reinstalled everything apple and nothing changes. How do I fix this? to sync
