What am I being charged for?

I got a receipt from Paypal for $32.46, from Apple, but I can't find any purchase, any subscription, or any other thing that I would be paying for. I've been going around in circles, for 2 hrs, now, and get dead-end "helps". If nothing shows up, how can I get a refund, or report it? Why can't Apple have a live representative to help people, like most companies? Any ideas?

Visit support.apple.com/billing to review your purchases, subscriptions, and billing details. You can also contact support at that site. If nothing appears on your account, and support cannot fins the transactions, contact your payment provider as your credentials/account may be compromised.

Apple does have a live representative and you may be able to find the number here. Support varies by region, similar to any company.

If you are the Organizer of a Family Sharing account and use Purchase Sharing, then members are allowed to make purchases to your payment method. You can view those purchases, but you have to select their Apple Account when viewing your Purchase History.
