Upload blocked in remove activation lock process, stuck

Hello community,

I am caught in a dead end during the process of asking for activation lock removal for my iPhone.

(Background: My Apple ID has been locked and deactivated - without any reason by Apple - so that I cannot use the app store on any of my devices anymore. The only way to get the devices working again is to connect them with another Apple ID, which is possible only when asking for activation lock removal:)

One step in the process asks for uploading a receipt.

But I cannot upload. There is no button nor field accepting a file. Also, the "continue" button is greyed out. I can do nothing there, the page is a dead end.

What can I do?

I've tried different browsers on several devices, and on several days, the behavior is always the same.

The strange thing is that the upload worked perfectly when I did the same for my iPad last week. I had the same page then, and it did have an upload area.

I'll appreciate any help.

Regards,

an Apple user

The browser console shows interesting error message. Here is a screenshot from Chrome; in Firefox it's similar.

Any idea how to solve this?

Or even how I could tell Apple about the problem? I can't find a way on the support web site to tell Apple about this error.

Text version of the errors:
