Shut down and restart all devices modem, router, mac... and try again.
ref: If Safari doesn't open a page or work as expected on Mac
Try a different browser and compare your results(?)
Sign out of your AppleID/Account and back in again...(?)

If you're using a VPN, uninstall it completely.
I finally got the can't find server error to go away. I logged out of my Apple account, logged back in. Rebooted my Internet modem. Now webpages are working like before. But I would like an official response from Apple explaining how they f'd this up.
From now on I won't have upgrade envy with Apple.
