I have read the settings options to correct. Airplane mode is off. Do not duisturb has been set to off. No luck. I clicked on reset thinking that would fix. Still no luck

I have since totally reset my phone as if it were a new phone. All seems to work except incoming calls go directly to voice mail
I should have said incoming calls go directly to voice mail
iphone se2 cannot turn off automatic routing of incoming calls.
