Limited auto-lock settings on iPad Pro 11 inch, 4th gen

I've talked to a customer support Rep for 2 hours and she walked me thru

all sorts of possibilities that I noticed was previously posted here in

the community but was still not able to adjust or change. Is this a

feature on this model that cannot be change? Does anyone else know of a

fix? Or the answer to my question. The Rep didn't confirm whether this

model was limited to only 2 auto-lock settings. I am on the current

iPadOS version 26.0.1

Original Title: My auto-lock screen will only allow me to choose between 2 min and 5 min for the iPad Pro 11 inch, 4th gen, Model# MNXE3LL/A2759. Can this be change?

Is your iPad managed by your employer? If so, they can limit the choices available in Settings, in particular the auto-lock settings.

Go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management. If you see a profile there, try to remove it. If this profile is from your employer, talk to them.
