Apple Watch battery dies in 2 hours

Apple Watch battery dies in 2 hours. The Apple Authorised Centre in my country does not have a technician so they replaced my watch 3 times. Each time the same problem occurs. The software is 26.0.2 and no profiles or VPNs are installed. Maximum battery capacity is at 100% I have tried all of the following and there has been no difference.

Restart Apple Watch and iPhone

Turn off wifi

Turn on low power mode

Turn off photo sync

Turn off background app refresh

Turn off optimised battery charging

Delete all apps that can be deleted

Unpair and repair

Reset and restore Apple Watch

Reset and set up as new Apple Watch

Reset and restore iPhone

With none of this working, I swapped watches with my friend. My watch (now in her account) works perfectly and her watch (now in my account) has the same battery drain issue. What else can I do to fix this?

Did you try to set your iPhone back to factory settings, without using any backup or installing 3rd party apps, then pair your watch, also setting it up as a new device without any 3rd party apps, and see if the battery drains that fast as well?
