Daily iOS 26.0.1 update notification and Siri setup on iPhone 17 Pro Max

I recently upgraded from an iPhone 12 Pro Max to an iPhone 17 Pro Max, and shortly thereafter did the update from iOS 26 to iOS 26.0.1. Since then every morning when I pull my phone off the charger, I am greeted by the notification that my iPhone has been updated to iOS 26.0.1 and I am asked to finish setting up Siri, which I intentionally have the voice features disabled on. I also have to reenable dictation every single day because of this issue. There is a problem affecting anyone else or am I alone in this?
