Auto fill box keeps appearing randomly since update to Tahoe

Hi, I was wondering if anyone else has had this and what can be done about it.

I'm running a Mac mini M4.

I happens randomly and sometimes when watching a video on YouTube or on Amazon. It's that tiny dialogue you get where you can select your email address. It pops up when there is no box to fill in. It's a little annoying and it happens in both Safari and Chrome.

Any ideas. Thanks.
