Excessive iOS and system data usage on iPhone 14

So I bought an Iphone 14 in April of 2024- 128gb. So far I have only used 10gb of it for my apps and other data. Iphone data and system’s data has used 26gb hence taking total storage to 36gb. This number has grown alot over the past year. For context last year my device had used only 29gb but now it’s 36gb all system none my personal apps or downloads. I’m a student hence don’t use phone much, I understand it may seem stupid and silly worrying about storage when I have so much space left but I hope you understand how systems data is eating up my space. Kindly suggest on how I can reduce IOS and/or system’s data. Thank you!
