cannot reset an iPad without a computer password

I have reset one of our old iPads. As I am setting it up it keeps asking for my husband's computer password. I do remember the password, but it is not taking it. My husband is deceased and we no longer have that computer. How can I proceed?

You can try this but I am not sure it will work since I don't know if you can get to the Settings on the iPad
