Inconsistent date format in Apple Intelligence for calendar events

Is there a way to change the fact that Apple Intelligence uses a different calendar notation than what your system uses?

This issue came up when I asked Siri to set up an event in my calendar using the typing-to-ask feature. When setting up a date, it would not use the date.month.year format but the month.date.year format, which is different from the device system format. This issue should be solved as it is pretty simple.
