iPhone 13 Cannot Connect to Internet

Yesterday, before updating to 26.0.1 my iPhone stopped connecting to the internet. The App Store, Safari, and Youtube all couldn't load. Somehow, Instagram would. Full bars, full wifi. Only issue is the network having an error "No Internet Connection."

I've since updated to 26.0.1 and factory reset my phone, as well as reset my network settings. Other devices on my network are able to access the internet. No bars, full wifi. Only issue is the network having an error "No Internet Connection."

Please help.
