Hello,
After updating and resetting my iPhone, the device became locked and is now asking for a passcode I don’t know.
I tried several times without success. I need help unlocking the device or clear steps to restore it without losing data if possible.

Asking for a passcode is not Activation Lock. Activation Lock will say something such as "Locked to owner". Then it will require your Apple ID and password to remove, or have to be reset completely by Apple, as in: How to remove Activation Lock - Apple Support. If it is asking for a passcode then that is what it wants unless it has gone so far as to become "disabled"
