iPhone 12 mini Lag after iOS 26

I have a 12 mini. After I updated it to iOS 26 it get hot fast and the Find My and FaceTime are lagging. In Find My, once you open it, it will not respond. And FaceTime front cam when calling is lagging. This happens even in normal room temperature or even I use phone cooler. Anyone have the same issue?

It’s at 97%. The problem only happened on FaceTime and Find My. When I call via Facebook messenger the front cam video doesn’t lag even when the phone is hot, only on FaceTime. The find my lags even at full battery and cold temp.
