Da questa mattina tutti i servizi apple non sono disponibili sui miei dispositivi. Ipad e Iphone non mi fanno uscire dal mio account, non posso aprire l'app store , non posso aggiornare il software, aprire l'app della banca, aprire le email .

If you are using a VPN, try turning it off and see if you can then log in. E.g., AppStore - Apple Community
If you are trying to use a service from outside your Home Country it may not be available. From: Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions - Legal - Apple Media Services - Apple
