Green screen issue on iPhone 14 after iOS 26 update

One day I was scrolling through instagram reels when a green screen appeared, I didn't drop it, didn't use it in water and the phone wasn't heated, it seemingly appeared out of nowhere. The screen is functional (I can still tap, swipe and etc..) but the green screen is REALLY annoying. I've tried updating to the latest iOS (iOS 26) and during the update (while it was downloading) and when it was installing the update itself, the green screen vanished so I assumed the problem was gone. A few minutes after the update was installed I was using the phone when the green screen pops up out of nowhere again.
