X-Large Face Digital Seconds Complication

This thread referred to the X-Large face having a Digital Seconds complication, and showed a picture of that complication, which is exactly what I'm trying to achieve. I work in EMS and frequently need a highly visible seconds display when taking a pulse.

When I go into complications for the X-Large face I don't see time complications, and nothing called digital seconds.

Wondering if I'm looking in the wrong place, is this complication discontinued, or is this complication a feature of a particular watch series or WatchOS version? I've a Series 3 watch with OS 8.8.1
