Pedometer ++ App not displaying steps on watch face compilation

I have downloaded the pedometer app as it was meant to be the best 3rd party app for displaying steps on my watch face but it doesn’t show the steps.

The steps were showing on the compilation when I first downloaded the app but now it’s disappeared since I have changed to a different face design even though I have set it to show the step compilation in the new design.

Both my phone and my watch are updated to the current iOS.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have set the compilation to be in the middle at the bottom, but it’s still not showing.
