How to prevent unauthorized access and app downloads on iPhone SE

I have a iPhone SE 13 I believe in older one I thought would be more secure, not able to do as much. I am finding that my husband is my strange husband is listening in on the phone using apps changing my photos. Downloading Internet as soon as I use a contact, how do they do this with the apps? We have caught him listening through messages heard his voice there was a two hour one, but he deleted it and we only got a picture of it. I do not understand how they can get into our phones, so easy my passwords are constantly being changed. May I have stuff that I cannot change or turn off on my phone , any suggestions?

Original Title: I have someone listening into my phone. We have caught him heard him and then he deletes it. We did get a picture of it, but I don't know how he is actually getting into the phone to listen. I found extra music and apps on my phone.

iPhone SE, iOS 17

And to check if another device is sharing your Apple Account, go to Settings > [name on top], and scroll to the bottom. This will list devices that are signed into your account. You can tap on them to remove and should follow up by changing your password.

When sharing an Apple Account, when an app is downloaded on their device, it can automatically be downloaded to your device. That is by design as the Apple Account is specific to each user and many times a user will have multiple devices.

The only way is by knowing your Apple Account Password. Change it here:

For the stuff you cannot change or turn off on your phone, you will need to provide more information on what that is and it may help to provide screenshots as long as they do not reveal any personal information.

Not sure what you mean by "hearing" their voice while using messages or what picture you reference that shows he was listening.
