If your blocked can you still see if they have notifications silenced

Blocking someone is a personal right, which has never come with any way to know you've been blocked. If they don't ever respond to you, that could certainly be an indicator. But there is no way for you to know unless of course, as muguy suggests you ask them.

You would not know if you're blocked unless you ask the other person.
