Install the Apple Support app on your iPhone or iPad - you can contact support directly from the app, and the tech will have (with your permission) access to diagnostic data on your phone

This means your screen is broken. Go take it to Apple, and do not try to fix it by yourself or without the permission of Apple, or you might make it worse, like making more green, or losing data, etc.
