How to track a turned-off stolen iPhone using last known location?

my iphone was stolen the last time it gav me a location and the place is 4 hours ago does that means that the phone is turned off?


it says it is there but it was last located there

Find My is intended for locating lost Apple devices. Stolen devices are an entirely different matter. Thieves will quickly turn the device off or wrap it in materials that will block all signals.


You're not getting it back. Contact local law enforcement and your insurance provider. If you have AppleCare Theft and Loss coverage, you have more options.
