Migration Assistant Win 10 can't find Mac M4

I have a Windows 10 computer that I am trying to transfer files to a new Mac M4 system. This is all on an Xfinity home LAN. I have tried all the usual solutions. I have the latest upgrade, Sequoia 15.7.1, Windows 10 is on its last upgrade. I've tried all the usual suggested solutions, lowering the firewall on Windows, trying a cable direct between the two computers. Nothing seems to work. I'm wondering if it is a feature of my LAN.

Any suggestions?

Use an external USB drive to move your Doc's Files, Music and Photos from the PC to the Mac.

Or optionally use network file sharing to move your Doc's Files, Music and Photos to the Mac.

No. That's where I've started. I've been there again and again making sure there is nothing I've missed. Nothing is working.

Has anyone ever successfully migrated their Windows 10 installation to Sequoia using the Migration Assistant?
