Over the last few days videos will only play for a short time and then stop on multi occasions. On apps like Facebook and on streaming services like Iview (Australia). I’ve disconnected from wifi and restarted my phone. Also updated to latest update. No change.

Do you have a 3rd party VPN installed, even if you are not using it? If so, delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN, then restart your device. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile. If that fixes it, you can try reinstalling VPN, but probably shouldn't.

No VPN installed or in the background.
On wifi or cellular videos are not playing in apps and streaming Services.
