Black/Blank screens with Windows 11 VM on VMware Fusion

Just a heads up to anyone running a Windows 11 VM with VMware Fusion. Its best to set your macOS refresh rate to 60hz as I had black/blank screens when mine was set to a variable refresh rate of 48-240hz.

They were random only lasting a second or two, sometimes a few in a row. All sorted now.
