MacBook 2020 starts up fine with the Control Bar lit and working. Sleep mode or listening to Music or watching YouTube, light behind it goes out (the rest of the keyboard stays on) and it stops working. I’ve not changed any System Settings and Search Ai has you look for items in your settings that are not there in Tahoe. Restart and it comes back. Power full and it happens - not related to power.

Can you clarify what is your "Control Bar"...?
Are you referring to the Touchbar
"MacBook 2020"— is this a Intel MacBook Pro or a M-series Macbook Pro?
