Initially they send me setting ti install but that did not work then they ask me for sim replacement that also not work whereas same sim is working in my brother iphone . My carrier says this might be a software glitch in ios26.0.1

If there was a software issue with iOS 26.0.1, then every single person who has iOS 26.0.1 installed on their iPhone would having cellular issues on their iPhone. They're not. I'm not on two different iPhones. No one I know is having an issue.

I'm not honestly sure what you're hoping anyone on this user to user only forum can do for you? We aren't Apple. We aren't your carrier. We can't diagnose or fix anything on your phone.

If you think there's really an issue with your iPhone (I highly doubt there is), but if it might be a hardware issue with your phone, schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar, where Apple can test the cellular radio in your phone. They'll likely find nothing wrong, which again points to an issue with your cellular account and that requires your carrier to help you out. Keep in mind that Carriers are notorious for laying the blame with Apple to get you off the phone with them as quickly as they can. But you pay them for service every month, so make them work for the money you pay them.

A final quesstion.......Does your carrier support eSim? Your have a phone which supports eSim, which I find way more reliable than an old fashioned physical Sim Card. Have you asked your carrier about setting up your number as eSim on your iPhone? Unless your iPhone was manufactured for Mainland China, it supports eSim.

Yes i have tried same sim in another mobile and it is working fine

OK, but as mentioned above that doesn't mean anything. You need to contact your carrier who may need to force a carrier update or re-provision your account on their network. Until you contact your carrier, you're going to be frustrated and there isn't anything we can do fix this for you.
