It has been seen here many times that when money is accidentally added to your Apple Account balance from a debit card instead of Apple Cash, you can contact Apple to have that transaction reversed. It is not necessarily a refund, just a reversal, so if the full amount of that transfer is no longer available in your Apple Account, the reversal cannot be processed, so act quickly.
