Unlocking iPhone 11 without original number or passcode

uhh so i got a iPhone 11 from my friend and she told me to unlock it. I said "well you will need to give me your number or try to remember a passcode" She said she lost the original number (she lost the whole entire sim card) but she gave me a few passcode tries. I tried everything she gave me (even uppercase letters) but nothing. So i would be incredibely happy if someone would help me like unlock it (the iPhone is reset and now is currently in this state. So i would like a reply ^^)

You are seeking assistance bypassing Activation Lock, or recovering access to the Apple Account holding the lock.

She has the original gmail (its not really a gmail it ends with a "@icloud.com". I dont know whats that called so ya) but she wants to like have the phone as a backup because she right now has a really beaten up some sort of android phone so uh ya. I would like to help her

And I previously linked to the account recovery article; to this:

This is Activation Lock.

Activation Lock is intended to be a theft deterrent.

It is intentionally not easy to bypass.

We cannot help, and — absent convincing proof of ownership — Apple will not help.

If the Apple Account and password holding Activation Lock is not available and not recoverable, and no original purchase receipt from Apple or from an Apple authorized reseller is available, then Activation Lock means this iPhone is a brick. Permanently.

Hand this brick back to your friend, and suggest it be recycled.

Activation Lock has nothing to do with the SIM card. You could remove the SIM card (or eSIM), or change it out, for a new one, a thousand times, and Activation Lock would remain. That phone is not only registered to somebody – your friend? – but appears to be in Lost Mode, which I believe, would have required that person to place it there.

Seems very odd that your friend would place a phone in Lost Mode before giving it to you, instead of preparing it for a new owner as described in What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support . The point of Lost Mode is to prevent anyone but the registered owner from using the phone!

Hopefully your friend will be willing and able to help regain access to the phone – to remove Actvation Lock, and then to prepare it properly for transfer. But if by any chance there is more to the story of this used phone than that, see

Activation Lock has nothing to do with the SIM card.

The missing SIM means there is no access to the associated telephone number for Recovery.

Though I wonder if the missing SIM is in the Android, and Messages wasn’t deregistered.

Re: “She has the original gmail (its not really a gmail it ends with a "@icloud.com". I dont know whats that called so ya)”

It is an email (electronic mail) address. Gmail is a term denoting Google’s particular brand of email, but many other companies (including Apple) are email service providers. Just as many manufacturers other than GM make cars and trucks. An email address that ends in @iCloud.com is one that belongs to an email account provided by Apple.
