I inherited my sister apple Mac, I am in Egypt at the moment and find it really difficult to find someone to help me to format the MAC so I can use it for myself with my details , can someone help .Apparently, it's difficult to use apple things if, we don't know the password or apple Id and so on, can some one help ?

I assume your sister didn't following steps.

You need to ask your sister about AppleID, its password, your sister's account ID and its password.
After you get them, you can reinstall macOS with recovery mode.

but you said that you "inherited" your sister's Mac. does that mean she has passed away?
