iOS 26 Battery Drainage with an iPhone 16 pro max

So I downloaded iOS 26 on my iPhone 16 Pro Max a week after the new update released and now it is a month later. My battery cannot make it through the day (Before I was able to use only 20 percent for the entire day). I have tried updating all my apps I have force restarted. I have my fps on 60. My top used apps are below. I think this is ridiculous this is a brand new $1300 phone and it’s destroyed it’s not usable it is always overheating.
