Another thing which can remove the App Store App from your phone can be found in Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchased - Make sure that Installing Apps - Deleting Apps - In-App Purchases are marked Allow. If they are turned off, the App Store App simply disappears from your home screen.

Look in the App Library. From the home screen, swipe all the way to the right to get there. From there, you can drag it back to the home screen.
Do a search on the app store for it if isn't as suggested in the previous comment by
