Apple states that all sales are final, what makes you think you are entitled to a refund?

because they gave me a refund for a app before that was less that 90 dollars that I did not use but take dam near 100 n won’t give it back that’s why I feel entitled

As you have seen refunds are not guaranteed and even though Apple may provide a compassionate refund at one time, certainly does not mean you are going to get a refund every time. You still need to take responsibility for your purchases and free trials need to be cancelled a day before the trial ends. Specifically for Free Trials, I recommend setting a reminder to cancel if that is something you previously forgot to do or want to make sure you do not forget. It is as easy as saying "Hey Siri, remind me on xx/yy/zz to review my free trial". Just make sure it is at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

If order to start a subscription, it requires you to double click the side button with the amount showing on the screen, followed by verification with Face ID/Touch ID or Passcode. That is what you had agreed to.

When starting a Free Trial, you will see a message that says to avoid the subscription charge, you must cancel the free trial at least a day before the trial period ends. This is on the same Authorization Screen where you must double click the side button to approve.

Apple does not take any money unless you have authorized the charge. In most cases all transactions in the App Store are final as stated by Apple. At times, Apple may provide a compassionate refund, but it should never be expected and you are never given a reason for denial.
