No sound on iPhone after re-start or flat battery.

I have an iPhone 14 Prom Max with iOS 26.0.1 installed and every time I re-start my phone or it runs out of power, when I charge it and get power back I don't have any sound from anything, calls, messages, notifications, keyboard clicks but when playing music that works OK.

It does come back but I have to switch my phone off and on several times to get sound back.

Anybody else have this issues?

This might actually be caused by dust or debris blocking the speaker mesh, which can interfere with sound output after restarting or when power is low.

Try cleaning the speaker area gently, I found a detailed step-by-step guide here that explains how to safely do it:

How to Clean iPhone Speakers Properly

If that does not help, you might also want to check Settings → Sounds & Haptics → and ensure “Change with Buttons” is enabled, or reset all settings (no data loss).

My battery isn't the issue.

OK. Since you're not even willing to answer a logical question posted by Katana-San about your Battery Health, we can't diagnose your phone from our living rooms.
