Genmoji saying “Downloading Support for Image Playground”

I want Genmoji on my new iPhone 17 Pro Max, fully updated (obviously) but it’s taking ages to download support for Genmoji?

has anyone encountered this? I know people are saying it can take a few hours but it’s been way longer.. I mean a week or so
