email on iPhone not the same as email on Mac

I receive all email sent to me on my iPhone, but not on my Mac. I get very few, on my Mac, in fact.

I've tried syncing, and rebuilding the account to no avail.

Suggestions anyone?

iMac 24″, macOS 15.6
