i just got the newst iphone. i do share location with my husband and it searches but says "no location found" while sitting right nrxt to me. worked perfectly on old phone. did all the checking on every setting. how do i fix?

You say you just bought a new iPhone and set it up again. My advice is, wait.
I have changed iPhones, and set up iPhones.... many times. I also share location with my wife and several family members, and what I experience is that right after I set up an iPhone, with the same Apple Account and all, it can easily take several hours before my iPhone finds those I share location with. So my advice is, just wait. But you can speed up the process by removing your husband from Find My, and adding him back.

Cancel sharing on both phones, then share again. Sharing settings are not part of a backup and don’t transfer, because they use the hardware address of the devices.
