Instructions that may work:

If you don't know the ID, check Settings > [your name] > Sign-In & Security on a trusted Apple device, or try logging in on account.apple.com to see if it's saved. You can also ask a family member to check their Family Sharing settings.

Activation lock is an entirely different thing. You either need to know the account name and ID it's asking for and enter them on the phone, or, login to the account online and release the phone under the FindMy option. That, of course, means knowing the account name in order to login.

If you truly can't find or remember the account name (email address), then your chances of unlocking the phone is basically zero.
