How to unlock a second-hand Apple Watch without the original owner's information

My watch is second hand. I got the box. Now I have no contact with that person. I don't know where he is. I want my watch to be opened. If you can open it for me,

I bought the watch from a lady in Afghanistan. She told me she brought it from London. I have the watch box, the watch charger, and a strap with me.

Your Apple Watch is Activation Locked. Without the original owner’s assistance, it will remain useless forever. The person you purchased it from likely stole it.

Sorry, there is nothing else left for you to do. That is one of the risks in buying a used device. The box, strap, and charger mean nothing as far as proving ownership, and Apple does not get involved in third party sales. That would make them liable for unlocking a device that could have been stolen. If your device is stolen, you don't need to notify Apple, all your data is automatically secured and the device is locked to you and requires your credentials to remove that lock.
