"Exporting iCloud Passwords to a .csv file: I have the need to Export my passwords to a .csv document so I can use the passwords in another password manager, but I can't seem to find that option. Can someone help with this?"

You Can't. This is not an option for an iPhone. You can only perform his on a Mac. To export iCloud passwords to a .csv file on a Mac, open the Apple Passwords > select the passwords you want to export > choose "Export All Passwords to File" from the File menu. Follow the prompts to save the file in your desired location.
